1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Customized or special-order products

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@veloramarts.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
